How Do I Start A Return or Exchange?
My Item Is Damaged, What Do I Do?
If your item is damaged when you receive it, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you can include a picture, that would be helpful. We will do our best to take care of it!
I backed you on Kickstarter, where can I get help with my reward?
Thanks! Your support helped us get started and we are grateful. For any Kickstarter related questions, we recommend you start by looking at the Kickstarter Help page. Since these items are first editions, sold at cost, and are often a different material from our current run, they have a separate return / exchange policy.
Can you help me find the right size?
Of course! This is always a challenge online and we'll do our best to get you into something that will fit great. Begin by checking out our sizing charts. You can also use the "What Fits Me Best" tool found to the right side of any product page. This will ask you about your body type and what other brands fit you well... based of your responses it will give you a recommendation. If you need more help, email us.
Do you wholesale your items?
Currently we do not. We keep our prices very low in order make quality organic & USA made clothing accessible to everyone. To do this, we employ a 'factory direct' model-- essentially all prices are already at 'wholesale'. If you'd like to discuss bulk discounts for large orders, please contact: email@example.com.
Where are your products made?
All of our items are made in the USA (you probably knew that!). We work with factories that match our ethics of doing business. Currently, that is in Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Some of the same factories that produce denim jeans for our sister-brand, Noble Denim.
Where do you get your fabrics?
We get most of our fabrics from North Carolina-- where we source our American grown & milled organic cotton. For our 'black label' collection, we often use premium materials from Japan. We will always denote the originating location in the product page.
Where do you source your organic cotton?
We are proud to be one of the only brands that can claim 100% USA grown and milled organic cotton. This wasn't an easy task to pull of and we are very happy to be able to offer it to our customers. Our organic cotton originates from Texas and is milled in North Carolina.
Do you do custom tailoring or sizing?
Currently, we do not offer custom tailoring or sizes outside of what is listed on the site. If you have a particular size you are looking for, please let us know via email. We love hearing from you and make our size choices based on feedback.
