If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we offer
a 30-day return policy on garments we make,
and FREE exchanges.
*Sale items & pre-sale items are non-refundable, but are exchangeable within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags. To return or exchange your item(s), email email@example.com with your name and order number and a brief description of the problem. Once we receive your request, we will email you confirmation and a pre-paid return label to print. Simply pack up your order, affix your label and include your original emailed receipt or packing slip. For returns, we will withhold 7$ from your refund to cover return shipping & restocking (+1$ for any additional item over 3). Once initiated, you will have 7 days to return your item for refund. Exchanges are FREE but limited to 2 per transaction (USA only). *International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs*
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll do one of the following: For exchanges, we will send you another shipping confirmation email when your replacement ships. For refunds, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We will not be able to refund any shipping costs or restocking fees. Please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed.
